What is underneath matters

A roof is only as good as the layers you never see. On every system we install we start with a sound foundation:

• Ice & water shield — self-sealing membrane at eaves, valleys, and penetrations to stop wind-driven rain and ice dams.
• Synthetic underlayment — a tough, water-resistant layer over the deck that outperforms old felt and protects during and after install.
