His approach goes beyond completing projects — it is about helping homeowners make informed decisions, protecting one of their biggest investments, and delivering an exceptional experience from the first conversation through the final walkthrough.
Throughout his career, Steve has earned a reputation for quality workmanship, transparent communication, and doing the job right the first time. When he is not working with homeowners or leading the Marathon team, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and giving back to the communities Marathon proudly serves.
Ashley serves as Vice President of Growth and Strategy for Marathon Restorations, where she helps expand the company’s visibility, customer base, and presence throughout the region. She develops and guides growth strategies across search, social, community outreach, and business partnerships, and uses analytics and market data to strengthen lead generation and support informed business decisions.
Ashley creates the company’s social media content from concept through completion — filming projects, editing videos, writing copy, and showcasing completed transformations. As Design Coordinator, she also assists clients with selecting exterior colors, textures, and materials that complement their homes and bring their vision to life. Before joining Marathon Restorations, Ashley built an extensive career in the automotive industry, progressing through customer service, sales, management, and marketing roles.
Ashley grew up in Greenville, Delaware, where she still resides and is raising her two children. Her connection to the area gives her a personal understanding of the communities Marathon Restorations serves.
